How does our subscription box work?

A box full of SURPRISES!: filled with both our bestsellers and spanking new exclusive flavours!

Each month, you'll receive 5-6 different treats (mini packs) ranging from freeze-dried goodies, to freshly baked cookies, and more! Be the first the try limited edition items ;)

Surprise your pup monthly with a range of delicious, handmade treats, made with only the freshest ingredients!

Why did we finally decide to start our Subscription Club? To put it simply, we LOVE to create! With our growing team, we're finally able to take on this project! Being able to churn out different treats every month is thrilling, and we wanted to share this with you, while keeping it super convenient for you at the same time!

Who would LOVE this box?

• Dogs and cats who enjoy tasting different treats every month!
• Those who love something unique, exclusive, exciting, and are fond of handmade treats that are done with lots of intricacy.
• Pawrents who want to surprise their furkids with something special every month :)

Who would NOT love this box:

• Dogs and cats who unfortunately have allergies to several proteins/ingredients
• Those who perceive only large quantities as "value for money". Our Subscription Club treats come in smaller packs as they require intensive experiments and research, and an incredible amount of time and hard work to churn out. Please DO NOT subscribe to this box if quantity is priority.

Boxes will be ready for collection/shipping between the second and third week of every month. For those who opt for self-collection, please look out for the collection announcement on our social media pages :)

Birthday month voucher t&c: All subscribers will be entitled to a 10% birthday month voucher after subscribing for a minimum of 3 months (3 boxes) :) if your birthday month falls on the month you subscribe, fret not! You will still be issued a voucher after the minimum 3 month subscription and won’t have to wait a whole year :)

Subscription Option:

You will be billed $32.90 monthly (excluding shipping), and can cancel your subscription anytime after 3 boxes :) Cancellation must be done before the 15th of each month. Just drop us an email with your most recent order number to proceed with your cancellation :)

When will you be charged?

You will be charged monthly, on the 1st of every month. Kindly ensure your debit/credit card details are accurate. Failed payments will incur an additional admin charge of $5.
