• $48 and above: Free Doorstep Delivery with Tracking ID. Dry treats only. Please note that Feed My Paws is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
• $180 and above: Free courier delivery, includes cakes* :)
*All cakes EXCEPT cakes with full figurine. Full figurine cakes have to be self-collected as they are fragile and require extra care.

You may arrange Grab/Lalamove etc. during collection hours. Provide your name + order number. Bike couriers aren't recommended for cakes, and Feed My Paws will not be responsible for any transit damage.

Collection is strictly Thu–Sat, 12–4pm (excluding selected public holidays). We are unable to accommodate collection outside these hours.

•   Unfortunately not, as we engage a third-party courier service.
•   You may like to call for a Grab Driver or Lalamove Driver to collect your order instead.
•   Simply provide them your name and order number to ease the collection process.

Please select Store Pickup again at checkout. If Local Delivery is selected at checkout, a courier fee will be added.

For physical store, we currently accept cash, PayNow, and CDC Vouchers.

For our Online Store, we accept payment via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer, and Paynow.

We accept both online and walk-in purchases :)

If you would like to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours (subject to our discretion).
We will provide store credit in return (strictly no cash refund) with a 6 month validity from the date your order was placed. However, once your order has prepared, packed for shipping, or courier has been booked, we do not accept cancellations and do not provide refunds. Cancellations also do not apply to limited edition items.

Some of our dehydrated treats may naturally be more fragile due to the drying process that keeps them fresh and preservative-free. Although we pack every order with care and protective wrapping, courier handling can sometimes cause crumbling during delivery.

The treats are still completely safe and delicious for your furkids to enjoy — just in smaller pieces! We appreciate your understanding, as this is a natural characteristic of dehydrated products. To avoid this, we recommend self collection.

Yes, we are! We have an AVS-licensed kitchen (address above) solely dedicated to making all our handmade treats! :)

Yes. Everything is handmade from scratch in our AVS-licensed kitchen in Toa Payoh. We don't import finished treats and repackage them for sale.

We use clearly listed ingredients and do not use preservatives or fillers. Full ingredient lists are provided on each product page and product packaging.

•   Dry treats: Best consumed within 1 month after opening if stored at room temperature. Otherwise, please keep refrigerated to enjoy till best before date. Treats can be served at room temperature or directly from the fridge.

•   Soft treats (such as peanut butter fudge): Please refrigerate ASAP upon receiving and consume within 7 days. Or, keep frozen for up to 1 month.

•   Cakes/Pupcakes/Tarts: Please refrigerate upon receiving and consume within 3 days. Or, freeze for up to 2 weeks.

•   If something isn't covered above, kindly refer to our product packaging for storage information.

We ensure freshness when goods are received but will not be held liable thereafter. Please ensure proper care is taken for treat and cake storage.

No. Cakes may be served chilled or gently warmed.Cakes will feel firmer when chilled because they're made primarily from cooked meat with no fillers. For a softer texture and stronger aroma, warm the portion slightly before serving.

•   If consuming on the same day of collection, you can keep our cakes at room temperature for up to 2 hours.
•   Otherwise, please refrigerate ASAP and consume within 3 days (including day of collection). Or, keep frozen for up to 2 weeks.
•   Please note that as we only use fruits and vegetables to colour our potato frosting, the colour will gradually fade over a few days. Cracks may appear on the cakes as well as we do not use any butter or sugar in our frosting.
•.  We highly recommend taking some photos on the day of collection before refrigerating your cake.

We are currently not taking in bespoke orders till further notice.

If your dog and cat is used to eating home cooked food that is the same protein as the cake you've ordered, we recommend 1/2 a pupcake mixed with their regular diet for small dogs or cats, or 1 pupcake mixed with their regular diet for larger dogs.

Our bento cakes serve 2-3 small dogs, our 4 inch cakes serves 4-6 small dogs, or 2 large dogs, and our or 6inch cakes feed up to 8-12 small dogs, or 4-6 large dogs. This is just a rough serving recommendation.

Please exercise due diligence when feeding your furkids to avoid overfeeding as overfeeding can cause issues such as vomiting and diarrhoea.

Yes! Puppies from 3 months and above can enjoy our treats. We generally recommend starting with our single protein range (for example Pork Jerky, Chicken Jerky, Salmon Chips, Beef Jerky) before moving on to our more exciting options.

•   If it's the first time they're trying a new protein (for example, they eat chicken daily but have never tried beef), we recommend giving just 1-2 pieces for starters.
•   Otherwise, feel free to feed them an amount that's complementary to their diet. Our dog and cats have anywhere between 5-7 pieces of our handmade jerky daily, or a handful of whichever treats we've decided to give them for the day.

Please exercise due diligence when feeding your furkids to avoid overfeeding as overfeeding can cause issues such as vomiting and diarrhoea.

•   Our Salmon Chips and Smol Salmon are really easy to chew and made with 100% Norwegian Salmon!

•   Our freeze-dried range of treats is perfect as well! Choose from our raw selection that comprises of Raw Venison, Green Lipped Mussels, or Kangaroo, or from our cooked selection- the popular Cheesy Chicken Balls.

We have different treats for different small animals, so please refer to the suitability stated on each product listing before purchasing.You can also shop by pet under our Small Animals menu for treats, cakes, herbs and supplements suitable for rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and chinchillas.

Feeding recommendations vary depending on the treat and your pet, so please refer to the individual product listing or packaging for serving suggestions.Treats should always complement a balanced everyday diet rather than replace it. If introducing something new, start with a small amount.

Hay is an important part of a rabbit and guinea pig's everyday diet, so many of our treats incorporate hay together with herbs, vegetables and other suitable ingredients.It's also a fun way to add a little variety for pets who may otherwise be less enthusiastic about their hay!

Yes! We carry a selection of herbs and supplements for rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters and chinchillas.For information on what each herb is traditionally used for and how to serve it, please refer to our Small Animal Herb Guide or the individual product listing.

Storage varies by product. Please follow the instructions on the product packaging or listing for the most accurate information.As our treats contain no preservatives, always keep them sealed and stored as directed after opening.
