Q: Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! There’s a minimum of 3 boxes, and you can cancel anytime after that. Just reach out to us before the 15th :)
Q: Will my furkid get the same treats every month?
Nope! We rotate flavours and products so each box feels fresh and exciting.
Q: My furkid has allergies. Is this box suitable?
You can opt out of ONE protein (chicken, pork, beef, or fish) :)
Q: Is this suitable for picky eaters?
Many pawrents use the Subscription Club to discover new favourites!
Q: When will I be charged?
You will be charged on the 1st of every month.
Q: Why are the packs on the smaller side?
Our subscription treats often come in smaller packs by design — many require extensive testing, research, and hands-on labour. What you’re receiving isn’t mass-produced quantity, but carefully crafted quality.
Q: When do I receive the box each month?
Boxes will be shipped/ready to pick up on the 2nd/3rd week of every month.
