DIY FeedMyPaws Recipe: Valentine's Heart Pancakes for dogs!

Hi everyone!

Today we're doing a deliciously healthy yet simple pancake recipe just for pups! These are the ingredients you'll need:

1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons flour (we used brown rice flour)

1/4 cup lactose-free milk

1/4 cup water

1 egg

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Cookie cutters of your choice to stamp your pancakes :)

Step 1: Mix egg, milk, and coconut oil together. If your dog has dairy allergies, you can skip the milk and replace it with water :) If you dog is allergic to brown rice flour, feel free to switch to oat/coconut flour

Step 2: Add flour and whisk well till there are no lumps

Step 3: Add water and whisk well till there are no lumps

Step 4: Add all the batter to a non-stick (important!) pan on medium-low heat

Step 5: Cover the pan and cook for approximately 3 minutes (you'll know it's ready to flip when the pancake slides around the pan easily, as shown in the video)

Step 6: Flip the pancake to cook the other side for another 3 minutes (you don't have to cover it this time)

Step 7: Use a cookie cutter to stamp out your favourite shapes (we used heart shapes in 2 different sizes because it's Valentine's Day! Hehe)

ALL DONE!! HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!!!!!
