CAKE STORAGE:

Please keep your cake refrigerated as quickly as possible upon receiving it (best under 1.5 hours). For optimum freshness, cakes should not be stored in the fridge for more than 3 days, including the day of collection, or up to 2 weeks if frozen upon collection.

PORTION TO FEED:

Just like humans, portion control is essential for your pets. While our cakes are irresistible, overindulgence can lead to digestive issues. We kindly ask you to exercise due diligence not to overfeed your furkid, as this can result in discomfort like diarrhoea and/or vomiting.

If your dog or cat isn't accustomed to the ingredients that are in our cakes as they usually consume a different diet, we recommend starting with a smaller portion. It's a good practice to feed them half of their regular diet and reserve the other half for our cake. This will help ensure their tummies adjust smoothly to the richness of the cake.

TO DEFROST:

If you've kept your cake in the freezer, the best way to defrost it will be to leave it in the fridge overnight. If you've kept it in the fridge, you can serve it immediately, no defrosting is required.

DO I HAVE TO HEAT UP MY CAKE?

Heating up the cake definitely makes it smell better, which we noticed dogs and cats really love! However, our cakes can be served cold too :) If you've decided to warm up your cake, remember to take your pictures first, as the frosting can lose its shape when warmed up.

HOW DO I HEAT UP MY CAKE?

Once defrosted, these are the recommend timings (kindly note that timing may vary depending on your microwave):

Pupcake/Cupcake: 20 seconds on HIGH

3 inch/Bento Cake: 1 minute on HIGH

4 inch Cake: 1 minute 30 seconds on HIGH

It's important to check the temperature and ensure it is not too hot before serving. If you don't have a microwave, you may also use a steamer or oven.

It's recommended to only heat up the portion that you'll be serving, and to keep the rest refrigerated till ready to serve.

HOW LONG CAN I LEAVE THE CAKE OUTSIDE?

A maximum of 4 hours in an air-conditioned environment (shorter if outdoors in the hot sun. After which, please discard the leftovers.

I PURCHASED A FROZEN CAKE, HOW DO I SERVE IT?

Please follow the defrosting instructions above. However, if you need to serve your cake asap, we recommend using the thaw/defrost function on your microwave.
