Courier Delivery fees
• Dog cake delivery, & delivery of fresh items like tarts, pupcakes, meatloaves, birthday bundles, etc - is calculated based on distance.
• Fee will be calculated at checkout.

If you engage your own Courier to pick up your order:
• kindly provide the driver with your order number & name to facilitate collection.
• Collection only during store operating hours.

• QN: How long can I keep my doggie birthday cake, cupcake, pupcakes?
• ANS: You can keep it refrigerated for up to 3 days, or frozen for up to 2 weeks.

• QN: How are they coloured / decorated?
• ANS: We use only fruits and vegetables to colour & decorate our dog cakes, pupcakes & cupcakes. For example, we get pink from beetroot, yellow from turmeric, purple from purple sweet potatoes, just to name a few :)

• NOTE1 : All our dog birthday cakes are prepared using fresh meat and vegetables in our AVS licensed kitchen in Singapore.

• NOTE2: Our cakes are incredibly juicy on the inside, & decorated only with colours derived from organic fruits and vegetables! Absolutely no nasties, and no hidden ingredients.

• Orders for "Treats Surprise Inside" & "Custom figurine" Birthday Cake need to be placed min. 7 days in advance.
• All other cakes min. 3 days.
