Q: What are your operating hours?


Thursday - Friday: 12pm to 4pm

Saturday - Sunday: 1130am to 4pm



Q: Do I have to make an appointment before dropping by?


From Thursday to Sunday, feel free to drop by anytime during our operating hours :) From Monday to Wednesday, please make an appointment by texting, emailing, or messaging us on Instagram :)


Q: What payment modes are accepted in store?

We currently accept cash, PayLah, and PayNow.


Q: Is Feed My Paws AVS Approved?

Yes we are! We have an AVS-licensed kitchen (address above) solely dedicated to making all our handmade treats! :)


Q: Where are your treats from?

ALL our treats are handmade in our AVS-licensed kitchen! There is strictly no repacking of any treats.


Q: Do I have to place an online order or can I walk in to purchase?

We accept both online and walk-in purchases :)


Q: Can I place an order online and collect my items later?

You can reach us at 8200 4261 during operating hours (Whatsapp only, no calls please as we are unable to pick up the phone freely at work as we adhere to strict hygiene protocols) to check available stock if you'd like to do an online purchase and collect it on the same day. Please bear with us if we take a while to reply as we will most likely be baking or prepping food during operating hours.


Q: I changed my mind, can I cancel my order and get a full refund?

If you would like to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. We will provide store credit in return (no cash refund). However, once your order has been shipped or prepared, we do not accept cancellations. Cancellations also do not apply to limited edition items.


Q: I would like to order a cake/pupcake. How can I do that?

Q: What will my personal details during checkout be used for?

Your personal details will be used solely for contacting you and shipping your orders. It will strictly not be shared under any circumstance. You may also opt to leave out your mailing address during checkout if you wish to do a self-collection :)



Q: How do I collect my items?


At the Feed My Paws store (please see above for address and operating hours).



Sent out ~3-4 days after order is received (excluding weekends).

Qxpress delivers your order straight to your door. Tracking ID is available so you can check the status of your delivery.

*This option is only available for dry treats and cookies

*Feed My Paws is not responsible for late/lost mail. Strictly no refund will be made.

*Feed My Paws is not responsible for treats that are damaged due to rough handling. Strictly no refund will be made.



Delivery of fresh items - cakes, tarts, pupcakes, meatloaves, birthday bundles and peanut butter fudge - is calculated based on distance. Fee will be calculated at checkout. Only available between Friday-Sunday. Delivery is between 1-6pm.

If you prefer to engage your own delivery company to pick up your order from our store, kindly provide the driver with your Order Number and Name to facilitate collection. Collection only during store operating hours.


$40 and above: Free Doorstep Delivery with Tracking ID. Please note that Feed My Paws is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Waiting time for Normal Mail is approximately 3-10 working days. Tracking ID is not available for Normal Mail.

Q: What payment modes are accepted online?

We accept payment via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer, PayLah! and Paynow.


Q: What ingredients do you use?

With all our little rascals on our hands, and our many dog/bunny/piggy sitting furry clients over the years, we’ve come to learn so much about how freshly prepared food makes a difference in a furkid's life.

All our treats are made using human-grade ingredients! We’ve always believed in delicious treats that are easy-to-digest and as gentle on the tummy as possible. 

Each range has been thoroughly researched through our consultations with various veterinarians, and kindly tested and evaluated by our furry judges. Only the freshest ingredients are used and we’ve noticed that our pooches have developed better skin, coat and our once chubby senior is looking mighty fine these days!

Important: Do remember to always introduce new foods to your furkids slowly. We suggest starting with 2 treats a day for 2-3 days, then moving on to more. However, if you’ve noticed that your furkid has always had a strong gut, then we say GO FOR IT! THE MORE THE MERRIER!
